I hope you are able to read this comment. Since covid started I’ve become somewhat more sedentary than I’ve ever been. What seems like overnight I’ve developed achy joints, weakness, high BP and depression issues. I’ve been doing everything I can to overcome these issues with natural diet and moderate exercise at home but to no avail. The only thing my Dr. offers is medicine which only worsens my symptoms. So I just purchased a home infrared sauna. A decade ago I used to sauna on a regular basis and I remembered how good I felt. Now I know why! Thank you so much for this important info. I’m over 70 and I’m not ready to turn it in yet. I believe this will make a huge difference in my well being. 🌺

I had parasites and I was extremely sick. The metabolites the parasites were excreting were poisoning my body causing depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue and acne. To support detox my doctor forced me to start using sauna. I used to always struggle with heat and exercise. But ever since I started using sauna I’ve become a different person. I have so much more energy, glowing skin and I’ve adapted to the heat. I also love to exercise now.

Makes me smile watching Dr. Patrick getting carried away so passionately with some thing and then almost trying to contain her excitement and go back to calm.
